He later obtained the Wealth Management Specialist designation through the College for Financial Planning, further strengthening his expertise in wealth advisory services.
Outside of his professional life, Thomas was known for his appreciation of outdoor living. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and golfing—pastimes that reflected his connection to coastal North Carolina and its lifestyle.
