According to the Oceanside Police Department, officers were dispatched at approximately 10:57 a.m. to westbound State Route 76 near Singh Way after reports of a non-breathing individual on the roadside.

When officers arrived, they located an adult male lying on the shoulder of the highway. North County Fire personnel responded immediately, but despite emergency efforts, Aaron was pronounced deceased at approximately 11:05 a.m.

Hit-and-Run Investigation
